🎶 "For the times they are a-changin'..." ⏳
In recent years, Instructor-Led Training (ILT) has faced challenges due to its limitations. Whole industries are transitioning from in-person to remote working, and in order for clients to thrive in this new reality, it's time to convert pre-existing and present training programs into a virtual format--and fast.
Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) refers to training that is delivered in a virtual or simulated environment, when the instructor and learners are in separate locations, and can be conducted synchronously or asynchronously.
At Skrifa, we design virtual instruction environments that simulate both the traditional classroom experience as well as incorporate unique, customizable training solutions that have emerged with the advent of eLearning. We help clients distill core learning content that meets business objectives and develop interactive activities that engage learners online.
